This is a perfect recipe for large chocolate chunk and chewy cookies. They are great for over Easter and for wrapping up in tissue paper and giving to family too. I used a large bar of chocolate and some great Tesco baking products, they do large tubs of baking powder and bicarbonate of soda which is great as we go through a lot of them. These are just two items that you need to keep in your baking cupboard for when you get the urge to bake.
Recently I’ve been making a lot of Oat cookies, I’ve not made choc chip ones for such a long time.
