Since I had the kiddies my style has changed. What once was full of high heels and platforms, is now comfortable flats and trainers. I love my trainers too, they are perfect for fun family days out. We have been on lots of adventures over the past couple of months (despite lockdown) and having the right footwear for long days of walking is essential. They go really well with my collection of fleeces too!
We love the beach, we love packing up the car and heading to our favourite beach for the day, as a family. It is the perfect way to unwind and we love the sea breeze in our face and sand in toes. What we do not like is the collection of sand in the car on the way home and then the house covered in sand too. The Tesalate sand-free towel stops this from happening and are super stylish too.
All of this cold weather has inspired long coats and knee high boots. I must keep warm, especially as I do a lot of walking. Walking helps to keep both my heart and mind healthy. Making sure I have a warm Winter coat and boots is an essential criteria to check off my Winter shopping lists. I really enjoyed shopping from Ideal World too, what a great idea to shop from your own home and see real life demonstrations of the items before you buy.
I have always wanted to get matching family pyjamas for Christmas, I think they look fun and the kiddies really love it. When we all put our new Santa PJs on from the Shinesty Christmas pyjamas collection, the kiddies faces just lit up. They loved matching Mummy & Daddy.

As you know we like to get out and about as a family. We love walking and especially love getting fresh air together. Keen Footwear sent Isla and I some fabulous outdoor footwear, we love matching.
Getting out and about in Autumn is what this season is all about. Donning your favourite boots or wellies. The kind of footwear that you can put on with big fluffy socks and get wrapped up warm. Not forgetting the big fluffy bobble hat too. We are never short of an outdoor activity or two in Autumn, even the simple things are so much more fun. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
It’s pretty likely that as a teenager, your son or daughter will develop acne. I know I have a good few years before this becomes an issue but it’s always good to be prepared. It can be something that causes them a lot of stress and be upsetting for them. I have put a list together of some things that you can do to help clear their skin and make it look a lot healthier should they get an acne breakout.
