This week we have been to Gloucester for a wedding in Berkeley Castle. Baby girl has been poorly with this horrible cold that is going around and got a little further with our home improvements. Half term starts this week, but I feel like I need one from work. I am exhausted!
This has been the busiest week for us, ever! No doubt about it. We have had so much to clear from the old house that it has been days of there and back. Hubby has been working non-stop around the clock. It’s quite depressing in a way, but had to be done.
This is my last 365 post as next year I am going to be doing weekly posts instead. I have enjoyed posting everyday for the past few years but with other commitments I think weekly will be more manageable… It’s been a difficult year and I am glad we have got through it. I hope everyone has a fantastic 2019. What a way to finish off the year too – my highest listing in Tots100 at number 44. Thank you for everyone that has commented and read my articles. I am really grateful! 🙂
We had a nice day today – we went to see Mary Poppins Returns at the cinema and we all really enjoyed it. I especially love the fact that Dick Van Dyke is in the movie. Definitely a must see. We then took the dogs for a nice walk along the forest and had our 4th Christmas Dinner.
We had a fabulous Christmas, it was a house full and we spent absolutely ages opening presents. It was a lot of fun and we got lots of lovely new things. The kiddies were so happy with their presents, it was great to see them so excited and grateful. This photo is 8 years worth of Christmas photos… I love them.
Today has been a nice day. Nanny & Grandad took the kiddies out for a festive day – they saw Littlefoot and The Grinch, ate lots and had lots of fun. Whilst Daddy and I roamed around Cambridge getting the last bits we needed for Christmas. EEK It now needs wrapping.
Look at little Rambo, so cute with his snuggly blankets. It was my last day at work today and then my work Christmas meal which was lovely, but I got a bad tummy as soon as I got home. Which wasn’t nice. The kiddies enjoyed their last day at school too – it was a busy day.
We had a busy day, the children spent the morning sorting their toys out. Ready for Christmas. We always do a charity shop cull before Father Christmas comes… they were brilliant about it. Then we had our first Christmas buffet for 2018. Hyper children were running around all evening.
