This is one of the yummiest recipes I have ever used for making those chewy cookies, you know the ones, like you get at good coffee shops or in the freshly baked section at supermarkets. This is a perfect recipe for large chocolate chunk and chewy cookies. They are great for over Easter and for wrapping up in tissue paper and giving to family too. I used a large bar of chocolate and some great Tesco baking products, they do large tubs of baking powder and bicarbonate of soda which is great as we go through a lot of them.
