What do you do when the weather is rainy and there are intermittent thunder storms occurring throughout the day? Yes, you join it! Because you certainly cannot beat it. We put on the wellies and we went out splashing, carefree, no expense – good fun! The children certainly enjoyed themselves and it was lovely to watch them being happy and having so much fun.
Who would have thought that splashing in puddles could be so much fun? We spent about 90 minutes in the puddles, which felt like 5 minutes and it was nice hearing them giggling and playing. We had lots of comments from passers by who thought it was funny, but good that we were letting them get on with it.
