By One of my all time favourite puddings is rice pudding, I do love semonlina too but I have never been able to master that at home, I tried rice pudding as I absolutely love this too and I wanted to see if I could do. Little did I know that it is one of the easiest things I have made, ever! I just loved the thick skin it had on the top and underneath there was a lovely creamy rice pudding waiting for me.
