The warmer weather is here, it seemed to take it's time, but it did arrive with a bang last week. What a difference a week can make though? This week has been full of rain, showers most days, monsoons on others. This is what I love about this Country though, the diversity and the fact my boot has to have wellies, rain coat, umbrella, woolly hat and my flip flops - all just in case! Finding the colours of a rainbow in nature

On Sunday we went for a lovely walk in the woods. It was nice because we ended up at the RSPB bird lodge, spontaneously. It’s a nice walk along the woodland to get to the lodge, surrounded by nature. A straight line with a forest on one side and big open space on the other. It makes for great perspective photos. Daddy took his big camera out too, always guaranteed a nice photo!  …
