Today’s keyword for the January photo challenge day 25, is “memory”. Smear tests aren’t easy for everybody, but they save lives by preventing 75% of cervical cancers. I am supporting @JosCervicalCancerTrust with my selfie to raise awareness of this and to remind you to book your potentially life-saving appointment! You may remember that I had a smear test a couple of years back and it had horrible results. If I hadn’t have had my smear test the bad cells would have turned into cervical cancer. It’s not worth the risk for the sake of 5 minutes of feeling uncomfortable. The NHS are incredible. They cut out my bad cells within weeks and I’ve had the all clear ever since! It has left a horrible #memory but my life and watching my family grow up is much more important! #mummyphotoaday

Go and get your smear test booked!

January photo challenge

Thank you for joining in with this photo challenge in 2018, I love it! It is quite addictive. I hope more people get involved this year. I love the subjective element to the photo challenge. Everyone’s perspective of the theme of the day is different. It has made me smile seeing all of the images so far. I am very excited about doing a round up of my favourites. Thank you so much for the support in my latest adventure

Here are the January prompts as a reminder, I would love for you to join in. Take a look at the photos that have been uploaded so far #mummyphotoaday.

Get the right tags

In order to join you will need to use the hashtag #mummyphotoaday and link to @mummyconstant if you can. That way I can include the photos in the round ups. Also, other people that are joining in will be able to find your photos too.
