I am a huge fan of Regatta, you probably know that by now and I wanted to share some fantastic offers and a range of items with you that are great for this Spring weather. Vibrant colours and clothes that are great for the colder days and the warmer days. My favourite season is Spring, we start to go out for our adventures and wander around places that we do not normally see and so having a wardrobe to fit is essential.
I was sent a lovely collection of goodies which I have worn, a lot, especially in this transition from Winter to Spring and they are perfect for our family adventures. We recently took a trip to Wells Next the Sea in Norfolk and the coat and hat kept me nice and warm, but not too hot as the temperatures were in the 10’s. The hat is so comfortable and I just love the vibrant colours, it is perfect for walking the dogs in the morning as it keeps my little ears nice and snug. The quilted jacket is called Audrey and I got it in black, it is a nice fit that hugs my body and it comes with a belt which really accentuates your figure. The jacket is a traditional, country style, diamond shaped quilted pattern. The outer fabric is shower proof, so I do not wear the jacket on major rainy days, but it can stand the test of time through a brief shower. Spring is full of those! The coat is made from Thermo guard insulation, so you get the warmth without all of the padding of these huge puffer coats. So it really is fashionable outdoor wear. I have started using this coat to go to work with because it looks really stylish and keeps me nice and warm. You can grab a bargain as this jacket is now £65 from the Regatta website and also comes in navy.
The Viktoria hat is my favourite hat, if I could wear it everyday, I most probably would. I love the chunky knit pattern with the bold colours that really work well together. The pom pom on the end of the hat looks really stylish too, I find that hats with pom pom’s look better on me than without. The hat is lined with fleece material, so the wool doesn’t itch your ears and it is so comfortable. I promise you, you will not want to take the hat off. You can grab a fantastic bargain with this hat at the moment as it is only £12 and it comes in four colours, but my favourite has to be the blue.
I was also sent a lovely fleece; the WOW WOW fleece. It is thicker than the usual fleeces that you can get from Regatta as it is has a lining of thick brown high pile and it is extremely cosy. The fit on this jacket is a great everyday style, which means it works with skinny jeans and boots, or wellies and leggings. You can wear it do your shopping, or wear it to pick the kids up. You do not have to wear it just for when you are adventuring in the great outdoors. Now the weather is warming up, it makes for a great top jacket, with a jumper underneath. There is no need for a huge coat on the top which is great. I love the elbow pads on this jacket too, they are wax effect, so it protects the elbows from getting dirty – which is great as the light vanilla colour would easily show dirt marks. The fleece comes in three colours and is currently online for £60.00, it is perfect for Spring and when we reach the Winter months you can double it up with a coat and it would be equally perfect.
And last but not least, if you have some Mother’s Day pennies to spend, or you just want to treat yourself to a new Spring sweather in time for Easter, Seas the Day is a beautiful new sweater that comes in 3 fantastic colours: navy, seascape and lollipop. I really love all three colours and this is a perfect sweater for Spring, the colours are vibrant and work with all other colours too. Perfect with skinny jeans and a gilet, or leggings and wellies with a matching pom pom hat. The sweater is online at £35.
Regatta online now accept PayPal which makes purchasing items even easier, safer and you can do it from your smartphone. The delivery was really quick and I didn’t miss my delivery, despite not being at home as Regatta’s delivery service use the drop it off at a secure local place near you. So all I had to do was nip to the local pick up point, which is a late night garage, to collect my parcel. I thought that was a brilliant added service as I work full time I always miss deliveries.
Keep up to date with offers on the Regatta Facebook page and the Twitter account: @regattaonline.
I just stumbled on your Wells You Tube Vid so popped over to see if you had a post too. We are heading there this weekend. Love the gear, my Dad is forever telling me to get some decent outdoor gear – he always ends up lending me his stuff when we go walking. Makes such a difference. You all look fab!
