In today’s hectic and high-pressure world, it’s easy to neglect your health. From bad diet to lack of sleep, poor lifestyle choices and stress, it’s no wonder so many of us wake up each day feeling absolutely dreadful. It is important to look after yourself. We also have to now consider our hand hygiene, making sure we wash our hands as much as possible to try to delay the Coronavirus.
Gyms can be useful. There’s something about being there amongst other people who are exercising that can be pretty motivating. However, a gym isn’t the only place and the only way to keep fit. Our gym membership runs out in March and I am contemplating whether we need to renew it or not! Here are a couple of ways you can exercise without hitting the gym.
