I was thinking of ways to use Creme eggs in my baking, I love Creme eggs and what with Easter just around the corner I thought I would experiment. Now, it is not the most perfect looking cake, I know that, but the thought was there and next time I will perfect my icing skills. So essentially I made a chocolate fudge cake, when sliced through the middle it looks like an egg with the whites and the yoke. The outside is covered in chocolate icing and then Renshaw Melts to colour the outside to look like a Creme Egg wrapper. I made a video of me making the cake:
