So, hubby is doing the āNightriderā bike ride challenge through the capital city on Saturday 8th June 2013, he sets off at midnight from Alexandra Palace all the way around London City and itās landmarks on a 100km route. One of my biggest fears for my family is not having a family home and the charity that Dean is raising money for is āShelterā who do great work for people who have housing problems. Home owners struggling to pay the mortgage, tenants that have issues with their landlord or a homeless person looking for a roof over their head. One story from the Shelter website that really touched me was the son who needed help as he was helping to look after his mum, who has cancer:
Dean is looking forward to the challenge of cycling 100kmās around London (it’s 3 xās the amount he has ever cycled in one go before) and doing it for a great reason: to raise money for all of those families out there who face their own challenges, every single day.
