We went to the local skate park this weekend to check out the facilities and let the children roam around on their scooters, let off some steam and build their confidence up. They absolutely adored it, Noah more so showing no fear what so ever and it was such a colourful place. It inspired some truly bright photos.
The ramps seemed incredibly high, Isla didn’t want to go down them on her scooter and I don’t blame her. Noah didn’t worry at all, he was zooming all over the place and watching the big kids in amazement. It was cute watching his “WOW, I want to be like those big kids” face. I have not really seen it before.
Isla liked scootering around the park, dodging out of people’s way and making the most out of the flat areas. She built up so much speed, I cannot believe how quickly she has learnt to scoot. It is amazing how these little people pick things up and get on with it. She thought it was fabulous to put the scooter at the top of the ramps and push it down, her happy face was just heartbreaking.
This really takes me back to holidays at the grandparents. The kids always head out with scooters to the local skate park, simply because we don’t have any round here, they are lots of fun on a scooter. Wonderful photos as always. Thank you for sharing on Country Kids.
Aww look at that last photo, they looks so alike and I love their little matching coats. x
