What not to do when adapting to life in a new culture

Just an ordinary walk with my little family

Just an ordinary walk with my little family

As you  may have gathered from the title of this post, it is just a little walk (30 minutes to be precise) that I was able to practice getting the focus right on my new lens. What's the point of having these wonderful things if you can't take gorgeous photos of your family with them? So this is the Sony Alpha camera that I got for Christmas with a 50mm (f1.8) lens on. It takes amazing photos. I love them.  VIEW the POST

#CountryKids – a day trip to Norfolk

#CountryKids – a day trip to Norfolk

We made the most of the Spring-ish weather at the weekend and took a trip to Norfolk, hats and scarves included. It was a lovely day, we walked for miles and the kids included (no carrying) which was amazing. I managed to gather some of our moments on camera again, and so I made another vlog for our outdoor fun. I want to do it all again! VIEW the POST

#CountryKids – Beach fun at Happisburgh

Just before Christmas we took a little weekend break in Norfolk, so that we could enjoy some of our most favourite beaches and take silly photos like the above. It was great because we were staying about a 10/15 min drive from Sea Palling and a couple of minutes drive from Happisburgh beach. We had lots of options and although it was cold, we had a lovely sunny weekend too. This post is all about our Happisburgh adventures from Day 1. VIEW the POST
