Today was equally as stressful as yesterday, I just felt emotionally drained by 6pm and I had to do Hubby’s circuit class – but I did it and I made it. It was quite therapeutic actually. Helped me get through the session. There’s got to be something said for boxing – I punched out all my frustrations. Hubby’s response was “you actually have quite a hard punch” haha.
