This week we have been to Gloucester for a wedding in Berkeley Castle. Baby girl has been poorly with this horrible cold that is going around and got a little further with our home improvements. Half term starts this week, but I feel like I need one from work. I am exhausted!

The weather hasn’t been as nice as the week before, a lot of rain and high winds. So we haven’t got out as much as we had hoped. Also Isla and Daddy have been poorly too. I think Noah and Mummy are starting to get it now! Typical. We have been working on this rather large puzzle all week. We love it. It’s a family effort – it’s nice spending 10 minutes here and there on it together.

I found a new route with the dogs on Thursday, it was nice to get them out for a bigger walk. I feel bad when you can only squeeze in half an hour walks during the week. Once the sun starts going to bed a little later we can get back to our long evening walks. Which I love. Last year I definitely made the most of these. We bumped into some cows that were very interested in the dogs.

We took the dogs for another walk down this new route yesterday and the kiddies enjoyed saying hello to the cows too. We are going to take them some bread next time.

I love watching the children chilling in our new home. Isla had fun this weekend playing with her teddies. She makes schools and it melts my heart how she talks to them all. I love it. Noah has enjoyed chilling with his new TV. Most mornings when we wake up he is watching BBC News in bed. Makes me smile.

What have you been up to this week? I would love to know in the comments below or on social media: @mummyconstant.
