Have you ever joined a group in LinkedIn and immediately regretted it and then spent hours and hours pulling your hair out, trying to figure out how to get out of the group? Oh, so that must just be me then!
There is a simple way to do, but it is really very hidden – unless you know where to find the “leave” button, I am afraid you might be as stuck as I was. Follow the step by steps below and you will soon be able to leave those groups:
- Click Groups on the navigation bar, under where the LinkedIn logo sits.
- Click the group name that you wish to leave, so you enter the group.
- Where you see the links in the group such as Discussions, Members, Promotions – you will see a “more” link, click on that and then choose Your Settings.
- When you get to the Your Settings page, you will find the Leave Group button at the very bottom right hand side (See image below).
