Finding that special gift for your loved ones, with a personalised touch, can be really difficult sometimes. If you do not know someone very well then it can be a guessing game or are they just the person that has everything? Finding the perfect gift can take me ages sometimes, so I put together a list of my go to ideas to make it easier. Bookmark me for when you need shopping assistance.
Hampers
This is my go-to for gift ideas. I either make the hampers up myself or I buy them pre-made if they fit the bill. The great idea with hampers is that you can make them super personalised, or slightly if it’s for a new friend for example. You can get themed hampers or simply a chocolate or wine hamper.
Birthstone
One really nice way of getting a personalised gift, even if you do not know each other too well, is a birthstone special gift. All you need to know is the month that someone was born! I love the idea of a birthstone bracelet that looks elegant and gives a lovely personalised element. There are a range of prices too, so perfect for many budgets.
Wine bottle
I love the idea of making a personalised wine label, this is great for if you just know the person’s name. I have bought these for my colleagues in the past as it is a nice gesture. I also think the bottles can be kept as a keepsake after you have drunk the wine too.
Subscription box
I love a subscription box and I know lots of people that would love these as a gift too. They are a fabulous gift, and you can choose lots of different things to suit the tastes of the person receiving the gift. For example, if you know they love to pamper themselves you can get a beauty box. Or a craft box for those that are a little creative.
