What does family mean to me? Easy question to  answer, but when you come to think about it, properly, such a hard question to answer. My family mean everything to me, by family I mean; my family unit: Hubby, Noah, Bump, Rocky, Rambo and Snoopy; my Bentley family: Mumma Bentley, brother, sister, grandparents and Uncle; my Anderson family: grandparents, auntie, 2 cousins (my flower girls) and Roy; and my family that I married into which are a massive part of my life; Mum & Dad, 2 sister-in-laws, Brother-in-law and 2 wonderful nanny’s. Not forgetting all the aunties, uncles and cousins! Who said families weren’t complicated?

I have a lovely family and I have a lot of it now, I think its always a worry when you’re getting married, are “his” family going to like me? Thankfully, I didn’t have to worry at all.

I am the eldest of 3, my brother is the middle boy and sister is the youngest and strangely enough hubby is the middle boy of 3 in his family too. On both sides of the family, we are the only ones with any children, Noah and bump on the way! My children have so much lovely family to support them its incredible, grandparents, great grandparents, aunties & uncles, great aunties & uncles… just no cousins yet!

My Grandad and Deans Nan will  be 90 this year and next March – can you believe that? They must feel so lucky to see their great grandchildren growing up, I hope that I get to see my great grandchildren!

Its hard to sit and break the family down and discuss them and how wonderful they all are, there is so many of them and they are all amazing – where would you begin? All I know is that I am very lucky to have everyone in my life and Noah is also very lucky (and spoilt!).

Family are everything, they are there for you in the good times, the bad times, the everyday kind of times… they are there to support you when you need it and even when you don’t think you need it! Family are on the end of the phone, no matter what time and no matter what for, they are just there, always… And I am always there for them. I love my family and wouldn’t change them for the world.
