    I have brushed steel appliances in my kitchen. After cleaning I wipe a little baby oil over these surfaces which stops grease sticking so readily, it wipes clean really easily.

    Don’t leave it until the house is an absolute tip (yeah I’m speaking from personal experience), I don’t always practise what I preach but cleaning little and often is the best way to keep on top of it. I do subscribe to the school of thought that says if something is so high that I cannot see the top of it, then there is clearly no dust up there 😀

    I tend to clean as I am going. Every Tuesday I clean from top to bottom. It takes most of the day. My top tip is to have a big pile of cloths that can be thrown in the washer. It saves a fortune by not using kitchen roll, wipes etc
