Today I got back on it: my first run since November. I have not been too well, lack of iron and folate has meant that my body has had no energy. So exercise has taken a back seat. What with Christmas, New Year and my birthday I have eaten an awful lot. So I am hoping to get back to normal now and reduce some of this belly!
