This is a shot from my morning stroll in the park, 7am and it was glorious already. The sun was beaming down towards me, the dew was covering the carpet of grass and the birds were singing in the oak trees all around me. It was a lovely moment. It is nice to have some mindful moments, especially after such a horrible start to the week for Manchester and the busy lives we all have.
