I had a lovely start to the day: visiting both Isla and Noah’s classes. The difference between reception and year 1 is huge though. Isla’s class was based on the class a whole, doing things together. Noah’s class broke into groups to do work, I guess they can be trusted to get on. Noah is a whizz with his sums – he came out with large sums and I was so impressed. Isla is a whizz with her spellings and reading, I couldn’t believe how quick she was to answer the questions. It was lovely to see.
