Grab the boots for the little ones from MandM Direct

Grab the boots for the little ones from MandM Direct

Noah loves his football club sessions, he looks forward to charging about on a Wednesday evening and now looks forward to doing this with Daddy. Daddy has started coaching the little ones too. It's nice that they have a hobby that they enjoy together. Noah is getting faster, better and more agile with the ball and it really shows each week.  VIEW the POST

A little bit of Christmas inspiration…

A little bit of Christmas inspiration…

I must admit I have little Noah's birthday to celebrate this weekend and the thought of Christmas is looming in the shadows of that but it hasn't stopped me starting to prepare: decorations, advent calendars and yummy Christmas recipes, along with some Christmas crafts that we can all get involved in over the festive period. I have put a collaboration of bits together to help inspire those of you who want to get started with the shopping but not sure where to start! VIEW the POST

Norfolk has a new crab in town: Colin!

Family business Gone Crabbing was launched in 2008 by Susie Mason. Inspired by both her home county of Norfolk and all our beautiful British coastal resorts, she has created a humorous and imaginative range of gifts and clothing which embraces all things “beachy”.  I just love this brand, beautiful designs and great quality and the website is one of the best looking websites I have come across in a long time.

So whilst I am rushing to buy my fabric conditioner I got to help support such a great charity too. It made me reflect back on when I was pregnant with both of my little ones, the rush to grab our Persil and Comfort and to make sure all the little clothing items were sparkly clean and terrifically soft. My children are 3 and 2 now, but I still worry about how soft the towels are and how clean their nursery clothes are - so many bugs and illnesses need to be killed off when they get home. I worry no less ...

A bit of fun in our healthy lunchboxes

A bit of fun in our healthy lunchboxes

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. All the posts recently and social media feeds have been focussed on back to school, my little ones are a little young for that but this time next year I will preparing my to do lists and stocking up on lunch items and school uniform. It got me thinking back to when I was at school and what my mumma used to pack in my school lunches, Capri-Sun popped to mind. I used to love them and now I can share that with my children, they love them too. Not only are they fun but they make for healthy lunchboxes and they are refreshing too, what could be a better choice for lunch? VIEW the POST

Galleria celebrates Hatfield's independent spirit

A gelato start-up, a brand new florist, an independent tailor and an up-and-coming health food store are among the latest store openings at The Galleria shopping centre in Hatfield. Sitting alongside major national brands, such as Nike, Marks & Spencer, Jaeger and GAP, the arrival of these independent stores demonstrates that successful local businesses can play an important role in giving shoppers a unique mix of stores to enjoy.
