I have been doing a little research into lovely goodies for Mum this coming Mother’s Day and The Body Shop have some fabulous little items that can be used to create a beautiful pamper hamper or even used to top up other gifts that you may have already purchased. Mother’s Day pampering products must be one of the top gift ideas and I think you are going to love these as much as I did.

Smoky Poppy collection

This collection is lovely, it comes from hand harvested poppy extract in Turkey no less. I love the packaging, it is very striking and very different – it certainly stands out on my bathroom windowsill. With the Smoky Poppy collection ranging from £4 onwards there is something for all budgets and something for all Mums. I do love the Blush Brush – it almost looks like a little poppy head. The smell of these products is lovely, it really awakens your senses, which I love with products I use. Something that really smells different and obvious.

Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet

This is a beautiful little pot of loveliness, it looks so much like a peach sorbet that I actually want to eat it. It feels really soft and delicate to touch and completely refreshing when you apply it to your face. I use it in the morning to wake my face up almost and my skin feels really soft and, coincident or not, my spots have cleared up. Yippee. You can win one of these and a Vitamin E eyes cube with my current competition, which you can find here: mummyconstant.com/competition-for-mothers-day-with-the-body-shop.

Soap on a rope – Hemp

This is such a cool idea, the soap on a rope range make for lovely little gifts, especially if you are putting together a pamper hamper. The hemp one is shaped like it’s leaf, which I think looks really striking and I just love the colour. It looks nice hanging anywhere in the bathroom. The smell is really subtle and it is a lovely smooth soap – doesn’t leave my skin squeaky which I don’t like. It leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I also really love the roap, it really fits in with my chic look I am trying to go for in the house at the moment. You can find the hemp soap on a rope on their website, only £7, such a great price.

Colour crush

This nail colour is quite literally my favourite colour polish, it looks lovely on and is actually quite calming. The colour crush range is really light, the polish goes on the nail really easily and it set reasonably quickly too – I did two coats within 5 minutes and then waited another 5 minutes for them to dry. The name Hemp over Heels is such a great name for this colour too, it’s a different colour with a very catchy name to go along with it. Everyone has been commenting on my nail colour this week, so it’s not just me that thinks that. This would be good as a little addition to a pamper hamper or on it’s own in a little gift bag. The colour crush range are £5 per pot and there are a lot of lovely colours to choose from.
