The children love the Robin’s Winter Song book, it is a great story detailing the changes into Winter and from. From the perspective of a little Robin. It’s nice because at the end of the book the children always comment on how the Robin is happy now and not afraid. It’s a very uplifting story. We’ve been reading it a lot lately with all this talk of snow.
This Bloomsbury book, is aimed at 0-5 year olds, but Noah loves it too (and he’s six). Isla loves the bit where he makes friends with the bear and they snuggle together. She loves hugs and I am not surprised that she enjoyed that part. It is a great story that introduces the changing seasons and what happens during the winter months and little Robin realises that winter, isn’t that scary after all!

We really enjoyed this book, from Boolino.co.uk, they are encouraging families up and down the country to read more. I love the newsletter we get periodically, it highlights great reads that Noah and Isla may enjoy!
What book are your little ones enjoying at the moment? I would love to know in the comments below.
