Choosing the right toys at Christmas with Kiddicare

I think it’s right to get the perfect toys for the little ones at Christmas, not only ones they will like and enjoy but also ones that are safe and fun with a bit of learning on top! We chose a fabulous Lego Duplo set from their 3 years + range for Noah, what I love about Duplo is that although it is advertised at a 3+ product I know it is safe for Isla and she plays with it just as much as Noah does. I used Isla in our review as it just goes to show that 2 year olds are good little builders too! This particular set, LEGO® DUPLO® Town Knight Tournament is fantastic. It comes with a knight, a horse, the knights holds a sword and a joust and the bricks build up to make what ever your little ones want to create. It is a great toy for any child at Christmas, my children adore Duplo and we have many many sets that will join the Constant conquests. LeapFrog Read With Me is a beautiful gift for a little girl like Isla, she totally adored this little purple pup! It is aimed at 2 years+ which is fantastic as that is the age that Isla really started to explore her books properly. You can see from the video below how Violet interacts with Isla and she just loves it, the love she displayed for Violet just after opening her was huge. It is the perfect gift for someone who loves their animals and books. Isla can say the alphabet clearly and is learning the letters written down in the alphabet, so the next stage is recognising them in stories and Violet will really help her to do this. Noah is reading letters, saying sounds and putting words together, so it will really help him too. It comes with 5 books, you choose a book to read by pressing the corresponding button on her colour, Isla had worked this out within nano seconds. I guess she really is the one that needs to review the products.
