It started off quite grey and full of rain, which wasn’t great. And also a traffic jam so I was late to work. Equally not so great. Today was the second part to my Mental Health First Aid and I found it very interesting, but also tiring. Lots of emotions and thoughts are conjured on these types of courses and processing things that you hadn’t felt for a very long time. But interesting none the less. I got home to two hyped children and a room full of dog sick, wee and poo to clean up! Another not so great… but hey ho, day off tomorrow. Testing my resilience today that’s for sure.
