Hubby taught me how to do a good HIIT session, at the park. All I needed was the hill and a drink! Hill reps are great as it gives your body a good workout and you really don’t feel like you are doing it. I did 15 hill reps, in around 15-20 minutes and my heart rate raised to 160bpm. It was a great cardio workout. Followed by a little sunset footy.
