It was nice to get out in the fresh air and walk off the days thoughts. It’s funny when you have back to back meetings you do not get time to process all the new information. So I went for a walk when I got home and did exactly that – I parked a whole heap of stuff ready to deal with on Monday. I had to learn how to do this. It’s a great way of taking stuff out of your stress container!!! #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
