I went for my first run in a very long time today. I went out on my lunch break. It was great. I haven’t been on a run on my own for ages. I ran for 18 minutes and I ran around about 2.5km. I desperately want to get rid of my baby belly. So running, fitness classes and eating well is on the agenda until I achieve my goal.
