I love seeking out new and exciting gifts, I rarely ask people what they want for Christmas as I like to be creative and buy a surprise. Getting something that is not off the high street will always manage to get a “WOW” or a “Where did you find this?”, they are the kinds of presents that I like to go for.

Christmas gifts for women

What would I buy for myself? What would I like for Christmas that isn’t your everyday present, something that little bit special. When looking at the gifts on offer for women here: http://www.uncommongoods.com/holiday/christmas/christmas-gifts-for-women, this particular present jumped out at me. It’s no way of a hint hubby, promise! It is a beautiful set for Mothers and Daughters to write letters and leave keepsakes to, such a beautiful idea and I hope one day I will be able to do something like this for Isla to keep a special piece of Mummy.

Unique Christmas gifts

Not everyone wants the same ole thing, something on the shelf that no one else will have or something special from someone special that they didn’t buy for everyone else at the same time. There are so many possibilities for things you can buy from jewels to food items. Making something unique out of a few purchased items is also a great way of making something special. The most random gift we were ever bought as a family, is a box of apples, it was a great gift and they were all eaten up and it was certainly unique!
