If you need any inspiration for gift ideas for Christmas and you have a Disney Junior Doc McStuffins fan then look no further, the Doc Mcstuffins walk n talk mobile is a great toy for the little ones, both Noah and Isla love playing with ours.
What does she do?
Well she holds on to the doc mobile by the pulley and as the doc mobile moves forward, it makes Doc McStuffins move too. Her legs are designed so that she can walk with the motion of the doc mobile. It’s brilliant! I made the mistake initially of getting Doc to pull the mobile, but it’s the other way around – she is pushed by the mobile. You press the button on the top of the mobile and a siren rings, then the famous Doc McStuffins songs start to play as the mobile moves forward, pushing Doc with it.
The mobile features three play doctor’s tools, including a thermometer, a stethoscope and an otoscope, for making a pretend diagnosis on all the poorly toys in the playroom and mobile doesn’t go anywhere without little Lambie strapped into her side seat. You can open the back of the mobile for space to examine and treat any sick stuffed toys Doc comes across, we had a lot on our first trip with Doc McStuffins – Woody and Buzz being the first injured toys in the queue.
I was so impressed with this toy, they retail around £50.00, so it is a high end priced toy but grandparents and Father Christmas will love this for Christmas/birthday presents. My children play with it at least every other day, you can always hear the sirens and songs going off when they are playing in the play room. They understand how she fits together and how it all works too. It’s advertised as suitable for 3+ but Isla is 2 and a half and she is fine with it, she can make it work properly and loves to stand around watching Doc and dancing along with the music. It will leave you singing “time for your checkup” all day though!
