After doing my mental health first aid training and being very aware about mental health issues, it’s made me realise that it can literally effect anyone. Including depression in your children and anxieties. You don’t have to have a traumatic past, a difficult upbringing or a challenging period in your life to suffer the effects of one. These are some tips on what to look out for if you suspect your child is currently struggling with depression.

Why you should use a driving instructor to teach your kids

…never teach your children to drive! There’s no parent who isn’t paralyzed with fear when their children approach the age of seventeen. Not because they become ABBA-approved dancing queens, but the fact that they can legally drive! The child you literally taught how to eat and write are now capable of operating heavy machinery. I am really nervous and this is why I am going to use a driving instructor.
