We were sent this really fun and educational toy from Chad Valley: the interactive world map. It has fun facts about 19 countries across the world and a built in quiz function too. It is a handy size and weight that it can be taken almost anywhere, perfect to entertain children on a long journey! It gets a big thumbs up from Noah. VIEW the POST
At the end of October I announced that we are working alongside Argos on the Chad Valley play panel. Not only is it mega exciting because I get to share all the great toys Chad Valley have in time for Christmas, but I get to share some goodies with my readers too. I am sure I am not the only one in the world that loves Winnie the Pooh, I have been a major fan since I was small and I have passed that love down to my two little ones. I used to do anything possible to involve Winnie the Pooh throughout school, I remember one of my GCSE art pieces was a painting of the Hundred Acre Wood, it was a fun thing to paint. Due to it being Winnie the Poohs 90th anniversary this year, Disney have taken the Hundred Acre Wood in to the digital era by making it interactive on the Disney website. VIEW the POST
We recently had the privilege of testing out the new Vtech Toot Toot Friends range and the children just loved it. There are so many characters and things to interact with around the house, hospital and the characters belongings that it created this new little world in the playroom. I just loved hearing Isla talking to her characters and playing along, it is great imaginative play and it will help develop their language skills over time.
