All of this cold weather has inspired long coats and knee high boots. I must keep warm, especially as I do a lot of walking. Walking helps to keep both my heart and mind healthy. Making sure I have a warm Winter coat and boots is an essential criteria to check off my Winter shopping lists. The warmer weather is here, it seemed to take it's time, but it did arrive with a bang last week. What a difference a week can make though? This week has been full of rain, showers most days, monsoons on others. This is what I love about this Country though, the diversity and the fact my boot has to have wellies, rain coat, umbrella, woolly hat and my flip flops - all just in case!
