This is a really tasty meal that you can make really quickly over the Easter holidays, we love it with basmati rice and natural yoghurt. You could have it with salad and new potatoes, or put it in a warm tiger bread roll with a dollop of natural yoghurt on top. It is really tasty. We used Tesco lean turkey mince to make our Cajun dish, we had never cooked with turkey mince before. It tastes a lot better and is not as greasy, I really enjoyed the dish. I prefer using turkey mince now, instead of beef.
What a perfect way to try new foods and #newthings when you are in a foreign country, in Turkey there are a lot of foods that we haven’t tried back home and the buffet at our hotel provided so many different choices it was fantastic.
