Peanut butter and surprise jam centre cupcakes A yummy cupcake will a jam centre 250 g Self raising flour250 g caster sugar1/2 tsp Bicarb of soda 270 g unsalted soft butter (left at room temperature)4 Eggs (Beaten)100 g Skippy Peanut Butter (Extra crunchy or Creamy is good)2 tbsp Milk (I always use Full Fat)3/4 jar Jam (Strawberry jam works best)Topping (if you fancy a bit extra)1 tub Chocolate icing30 peanuts, blitzed into dust CupcakesPreheat oven to 170 degrees, gas mark 5.Add all dry ingrediebts into a bowl.Add the butter, eggs and sugar.Add the peanut butter and mix. Add the milk and mix for a further minute. Give the bowl a scrape to get all the mixture.Sprinkle a little brown sugar on top (adds a bit of crunch). ; Bake these for around 20 minutes. Bear Nibbles sent us a package that contained enough Super Sour YoYos and YoYos to play a game of roulette, or two! The children and grown ups loved it. Such a great idea and it was really fun watching their cute faces when they had a sour treat!
We love BEAR, they are always perfect for snacks and lunches when we go out at the weekends. My children do not have packed lunch at school, but if they did they would most definitely want Yoyos in their lunchboxes. Pom-Bear have brought a fabulous Halloween edition of their yummy bear shaped crisps, especially for the Halloween season (they won't be in the shops for long). The fabulous Pickled Onion flavour is perfect for little monsters of all ages. Noah loves Pom-Bears so much that he cries when he sees the packet because he wants them and he wants them NOW! The special Pickled Onion flavour crisps are still as good for my little tot, even though they are a yummy flavour! They have no artificial colours, no artificial preservatives and are gluten free. Noah loves them, so I'd happily let him munch them at lunch times, they are better than some other snacks he could have and I know he will eat these.
