After studying for my Mental Health First Aid qualification all day, I got home and sat with the children playing Junior Monopoly. I had been thinking throughout the day what I do to make me feel happy and playing with the kiddies is one of the things – so I went home and did just that. Noah won, Isla won if you count her extra 1M that she pinched from the bank! 🙂
