A perfume masterclass with Lights by TENA at the Haymarket Hotel #FeelFresh

You may remember at the end of January I had an incredible #FeelFresh experience in London, thanks to Lights by TENA. They pulled out all the stops to make sure we had a day "feeling fresh" and learning how to make our own fragrance. It was a really great day and I got to meet some lovely bloggers. It was nice to take a day out and try something new: with a glass of champagne in my hand most of the day. VIEW the POST

We all have those Ooops! moments

You know the ones I mean ladies: since child birth, especially when we are laughing or coughing? Yes the oops moment where you simply cannot hold it in any longer. Right from pregnancy stages with Noah I have suffered from this, a really glamourous subject I know - but it is big fact that us women do not often escape without them. I know its that taboo subject, but it's just a part of life post-birth (especially after two). VIEW the POST
