Things I do to unwind after a stressful day

Things I do to unwind after a stressful day

...week, month, year! You get the picture. Lots of people ask me what I do to de-stress. How I unwind. Sometimes I don't accomplish it, but thats because I think you just need to have a good cry or rant to your Hubby & Bestie. Keeping on top of my fitness

I have had a lull the past week. By that I mean I have not really done any exercise in terms of running, swimming or classes. I find it really hard to keep on top of my fitness when I have had a stressful day. The silly thing is I know that doing exercise will make me feel great afterwards! The children and work/life balance is weighing on my mind so much, that I am just worn out come the evenings and I have been not motivated.
