Yes, we are now at the 3 month mark, not only does she just seem so diddy, she is so strong & alert, it just doesn't seem right. You'd expect her to be this little newborn who just wants a cuddle. Oh no, this little lady has other plans... She wants to be standing all the time, stretching her legs so they lock at the knee. She'll grasp your hand too whilst she does this so she's balancing, then give you a massive smile! We've had a bit of a break through with feeding and sleeping.... 3 of the 7 nights the past week, she has only woken up once & it was early morning. The other nights has been anything up to 3 times she will wake for milk. I'm not sure what's done differently the nights she doesn't sleep to the nights she does. I think it's just ...
This first month has been amazing and difficult, all at once, but I certainly wouldn’t change it for the world. Whoever told me that having 2 under 2 would be very hard to start with, wasn’t lying! She snoozes on her tummy and when she has processed all the wind, all you can hear is almighty trumps from her moses basket and you can…
I cannot believe how quickly the past few weeks have gone, the days are flying by, which albeit might be due to Isla's perfect little 4 hour routine. But looking after a newborn and a toddler is certainly a longggggggggg old day that goes really quickly... doesnt make sense, does it? Isla was 3 weeks old yesterday and to celebrate we got her officially registered, welcome to the official register of the 2012 births little miss Isla Rae Constant. It was very exciting and in typical newborn fashion, she cried for milk as soon as we got to the registry office and fed right up until we left - I was there for the hour whilst she fed! Isla also decided to surprise us with a 3 week celebration of her own yesterday, she gave us the biggest, cutest, beaming smile for the first time. She looked so adorable and her eyes ...
