I have had a lull the past week. By that I mean I have not really done any exercise in terms of running, swimming or classes. I find it really hard to keep on top of my fitness when I have had a stressful day. The silly thing is I know that doing exercise will make me feel great afterwards! The children and work/life balance is weighing on my mind so much, that I am just worn out come the evenings and I have been not motivated. VIEW the POST

Just a spoonful of… honey!

You know the good old song, a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. Well I have adapted it to my own little theory, a spoonful of honey helps the medicine become unnecessary. Completely. It might just be a coincidence, but since I stopped having sugar in my tea and replaced it for honey - I have not had any illnesses. It has been about 5 months now since I cut out sugar and I am having at least one spoonful of honey per day. VIEW the POST
