QuornÂźïž challenged me to make a quick, delicious & meat free meal. đ—€đ˜‚đ—¶đ—°đ—ž đ—șđ—Č𝗼đ—č𝘀 are perfect for lunchtimes whilst working from home. They are also perfect for family lunchtimes on a Saturday as we have little time after clubs.⁣

I used some đ—€đ˜‚đ—Œđ—żđ—» đ—–đ—żđ—¶đ˜€đ—œđ˜† 𝗡𝘂𝗮𝗮đ—Č𝘁𝘀 to make a quick and tasty meal (since recording this I now use the 𝘱đ˜Ș𝘳 𝘧𝘳đ˜ș𝘩𝘳 which is even quicker than the conventional oven).⁣

Being vegetarian is definitely made easier with Quorn products. They are tasty, usually quick to cook & versatile. Isla & Noah love these nuggets too, they prefer them to meat. A family bag of Crispy Nuggets lasts a long time, so they are 𝗮𝗿đ—Č𝗼𝘁 𝘃𝗼đ—č𝘂đ—Č.⁣

Happy International Women’s Day
 I’m lucky enough to have grown up with independent & strong women all around me. It’s where I get my resilience & determination from.

It’s something that I want to ensure Isla has too: to be resilient is to have patience and strength. To keep a smile, even if deep down it’s painful. Determination is to have focus and passion. To keep going even if the end is not quite in sight.

I can see a lot of this in her already
 she is far more confident than I ever was at 10 and she knows her own mind. Which I love.

Now I need to make sure she has self confidence, self awareness and self love. So she can endure all that life throws at her and she can listen to her body & mind to guide her. 

I love that I’m still learning things about myself on this motherhood journey: some of those things I’m learning from Isla.

If you’ve only been cooking vegetables and things like that then this is đ˜Žđ˜¶đ˜§đ˜§đ˜Șđ˜€đ˜Șđ˜Šđ˜Żđ˜” to clean the trays. Simply rinse and dry. ⁣

If you’ve cooked meats or food that sticks to the trays, like cheese, then give it a good wash afterwards. The air frying will have helped to release those foods!⁣
