We love baking with peanut butter, Easter is usually a celebration for baking in our house. This year we have been baking everyday since March 23rd and so we are finding fun recipes that we haven't tried before. This is one of the yummiest recipes I have ever used for making those chewy cookies, you know the ones, like you get at good coffee shops or in the freshly baked section at supermarkets. What better way to start off the Easter holidays than by getting together with friends and doing the National Trust, Cadburys Easter Egg hunt. Destination of choice Anglesey Abbey. It’s the second time we have done it there and both have been brilliant fun, Good Friday just happened to be extremely sunny and quite warm too – which was fabulous.
