The #30DayShred level two

The #30DayShred level two

I thought I was getting a little too complacent with level one and badgered myself into starting level two. I don't think I have ever felt so broken in my life, I couldn't move for 2o minutes or so. 10 days of fitness #30DayShred

10 days of fitness #30DayShred

It has been about 5 months now since I cut out sugar and I am having at least one spoonful of honey per day. VIEW the POST
