Daddy has his work Christmas do and he's sleeping out, so we had a little swap around at home. The kiddies watched Hotel Transylvania 3 in our bed and slept in there. They thought it was brilliant fun!ย

Today was a nice day, but busy. I took on the role as product photographer and mama elf gift guide writer. It took a lot longer than I realised it would. Namely because I am getting used to this new Wordpress editor! Anywho, I walked the dogs to school and the kiddies were very happy to see them. It was a cold walk back but one with no complaints which is great!
What a day? I feel really sorry for our PM – I really hope they will leave her alone now and let her get on with her job. No one else can do any better because nobody else knows what has been going on… she is trying her best and to do her best for the Country – surely that has to account for something. Anyway, do you like my PJs? Oh and Rambos meerkat impression.ย
The kiddies were up bright and breezy this morning, despite a later night than usual. Isla had her hair all sparkly for the Christmas party after school. Noah then went out with cubs to the trampoline park and had a whale of a time. Whilst I went to my friends for the evening, for a cuppa and a catch up. It was really nice to chill :)
This is a sight you may see often, I love Christmas mugs. I have been a busy bee tonight and so has Daddy. Sorting out the conservatory to make way for Christmas things to hide! It works well as the children cannot use the conservatory in the Winter as it's so cold. I wonder how long until they realise that's what we do!!
Today was a busy one. We rushed out of the house as we had to get to London for 11am. We literally ran from the tube station at Waterloo and made it to Shrek’s Adventures with one minute to spare. We had a wonderful time there and then made our way to Cafe Rouge for lunch. It was a nice day – the children had a lovely day.ย
We had to use up some Tesco Clubcard vouchers today in Pizza Express. So we made an evening of it and went there for dinner. It was nice. The kids loved the new puzzle booklets and dough ball chef hats! They're such a great idea. I think man cub looks about 12 in this photo.
I am looking forward to getting through the Christmas wrapping this weekend, or at least starting too. We have lots to do this weekend a nice trip to London on Sunday. I cannot believe it's just over a fortnight until Christmas. EEK. I love these little Jute bags from Amazon Handmade.ย
Today was a busy one. I had a lot of errands to do in the morning, which were sorted and I came back to two Pups that needed walking. I had a productive day. After school I took the children to their favourite cafe, Shakey Jakes, where I got them a milkshake and some sweet treats. Mainly because they have been awesome this term – Excelling in class, clubs and general schoolness. We are very proud.
Today I did my lunchtime exercise class at work, I have been doing it for 10 weeks now. But this has been my only fitness class for those weeks. That was until this week as I started my Body Coach plan on Saturday and so I have done a workout on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and then this one. It's fair to say my legs were in pain and I struggled a lot. Fingers crossed next week I find it a bit easier.
After school the kiddies got into their Science outfits. They had to take a science selfie for school and we had lots of fun science experiments to show - a slime factory and an archaeological dig was taking place in our kitchen! They love science. It amazes me that the kids love maths and science - quite possibly the opposite subjects to what I loved at school. Haha.
I love this little coloured Christmas tree in the playroom. I put some coloured fairy lights on it this year too. It’s my pretty little tree from Paperchase and I love it. Growing up we always had a real Christmas tree and when we got our own house, it was a toss up between a bald tree or an artificial one. So we went with the artificial option. The dogs, cat and kids would have destroyed a real tree. Also I would worry that I wouldn’t keep it alive!
Today was an odd day, I didn't get to see my baby girl for the whole day. She went to dance at 9am and we got home after the show at 8pm. She had a busy day and her actual performance was only a 2 minute dance. Bless her. She did really well, full of energy and remembered the routine - she just needs to slow it down. Meanwhile, in the morning we took the dogs for a nice walk and wondered how Isla would be getting on.
We had a nice day entertaining Grandma, we couldn't see her tomorrow as Isla has a dance show day - so we picked up Grandma and made her a nice dinner and birthday cake. She said she had a nice day and it made a change to get her out of the house, which was nice to hear. The children enjoyed having her hear too. It was a nice, chilled, day. Oh and I started my 90 day plan today EEK. VIEW the POST
Well, I have been a busy little bee over the last few months organising some amazing prizes for you guys. The competitions start at 00:01 tonight, December 1st that is! I am super excited and I hope you enjoy all the competitions as much as I have scheduling them up over the past few weeks… ๐ I cannot wait to chill tonight knowing that my work here is done. ENJOY…
Today was not my usual day off, I had to swap that to Tuesday this week. So I spent the morning getting a lot of work done, then had a meeting all afternoon. Rushed to collect the children from school and then we had a nice chilled out evening. Daddy had to work until late, but the kiddies were brilliant. They went up to bed around 6pm ish, they were tired out from a late night the night before. OOPS!
I love this little fur ball. He is so snuggly. Did you know it's a stress reliever to stroke a cat? It really does help me. I love snuggling with him. He always comes to snuggle with me at night time. It was a long day at work but very productive. I got lots done and felt very productive!
The kiddies have been fabulous this week. We snuggled after school today and watched Home Alone 4 – the children thought it was hilarious. They were very excitable on the way to school, but it was raining cats and dogs on the way home – so we huddled under our umbrellas. I have had a very productive day, it was my day off today and I walked the dogs, cleaned the garden and did some bits in town. I like having productive days.
It's been a weird day. I got into work, I started to plan what I needed to do for that day and before I knew it it was 5pm and I hadn't had a break or stopped. Went from meeting to meeting, gathering information and my brain was buzzing. Isn't it amazing when you have days like that? Albeit I was starving when I got home. Hubby is away tonight, looking dapper in his suit somewhere near Birmingham and so I am making the most of the alone time. Which basically means I am snuggling in bed watching I'm a Celeb!
We had a yummy breakfast with our friends, then came home to walk the dogs and Daddy went out on his new bike. He loves it. We explored on our walk and the kids had plenty of sweet stops! The dogs must have thought "where's our walk than kids?". We were out for about 2 hours. We came home and had a snuggly afternoon. Noah played FIFA on the Xbox and Isla played with her L.O.L Pop up store. Daddy cooked us an amazing meal and we then played Monopoly Junior. It was a perfect family Sunday.
Today was nice. Isla and I had a chilled morning whilst the boys went to football. Then we carried the theme into the afternoon. We played with toys and tested out my new camera, the Fujifilm instax square – it’s a lot of fun. Then we went over to our friends for the night. We all had a sleepover and it was lots of fun. The kiddies were looked after by their parents and the grown ups went to the Eltisley for a meal – which was lovely.
Today was a good day but man I was tired. Isla didn't go to sleep until 10:30pm and then she was up at 3am as she wet the bed. So I resembled some what of a zombie today. It felt good to start the weekend this evening. The kiddies had been good for Daddy which is great - I was worrying they would be naughty because of Isla's last night. Phew.
Today was nice, but busy. I had a nice breakfast to kick off my day then a long dog walk around the foggy lake. Then I viewed some houses which only one was even anything near to what we are looking for. It's crazy how many houses we've viewed now. Then I updated my Uncles website, did a blog post and got the kids. Phew! Needless to say when Daddy got home I got my PJs on :)
Today was a busy one, got lots done and the kiddies played nicely - after I screamed! They started bickering as soon as I picked them up from school, then Isla was adamant she was going to wind Noah up. So I had to separate them. Let's hope they wake up in better moods tomorrow. This was a very well needed bath.
