And itโ€™s something Iโ€™ve been thinking about over the last couple of months. I ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ a bit of ๐˜ฃ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ back in my life.โฃ โฃ Iโ€™ve been putting off things and felt too depleted to even consider exercise recently. But I know in order to fix myself, ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐˜† and ๐—ฝ๐—ต๐˜†๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐˜†, I need to get back on track and take no shortcuts.โฃ โฃ I want to ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ธ๐—ฒ in breathtaking landscapes, do fun ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ and I want to pick up ๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด again. Iโ€™ll have lots of happy memories of my pups whilst Iโ€™m doing them, which will be my motivation.โฃ โฃ Iโ€™m going to start by trying to go for a ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ธ at least once a day. Quornยฎ๏ธ challenged me to make a quick, delicious & meat free meal. ๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜€ are perfect for lunchtimes whilst working from home. They are also perfect for family lunchtimes on a Saturday as we have little time after clubs.โฃ โฃ I used some ๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ป ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐˜† ๐—ก๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜€ to make a quick and tasty meal (since recording this I now use the ๐˜ข๐˜ช๐˜ณ ๐˜ง๐˜ณ๐˜บ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ which is even quicker than the conventional oven).โฃ โฃ Being vegetarian is definitely made easier with Quorn products. They are tasty, usually quick to cook & versatile. Isla & Noah love these nuggets too, they prefer them to meat. Happy International Womenโ€™s Dayโ€ฆ Iโ€™m lucky enough to have grown up with independent & strong women all around me. Itโ€™s where I get my resilience & determination from. Itโ€™s something that I want to ensure Isla has too: to be resilient is to have patience and strength. To keep a smile, even if deep down itโ€™s painful. Determination is to have focus and passion. To keep going even if the end is not quite in sight. I can see a lot of this in her alreadyโ€ฆ she is far more confident than I ever was at 10 and she knows her own mind. Which I love. Now I need to make sure she has self confidence, self awareness and self love. So she can endure all that life throws at her and she can listen to her body & mind to guide her. I love that Iโ€™m still learning things about myself on this motherhood journey: some of those things Iโ€™m learning from Isla.
