When you first discover you’re pregnant, it can be a big adjustment. I am not pregnant by the way, just reflecting on when I was and thought about these fab tips. You’re now not only looking after yourself but another too. It’s an exciting time, with a lot to look forward to, but there are also some changes you might not be so happy about. With a long list of things you can’t do during pregnancy, it’s easy to feel frustrated. So instead of focusing on the things you can’t do, why not look at some of the things you can do instead?

The 25th week hit with a bang... migraine/cold and feeling sorry for myself!! Luckily hubby knew the way to cheer me up and that was with a Bump Shoot... I loved the photos he took of my bump when I was pregnant with Noah and I love the ones he's taken this time around. I will post the photos in my review section, separately, as I want to discuss having a "bump shoot" as not many mummies-to-be know about them or think about them!!
