Our sunny Winter day trip to Wells-Next-the-Sea

Our sunny Winter day trip to Wells-Next-the-Sea

Yes, Wells-Next-the-Sea is a long way to drive for the day. However, fuel costs besides it is a really great family day out without breaking the bank. The grown ups love it, the kiddies love it and the doggies love it too. It's a win win day out for all the family. It is just beautiful to go for a Winter day trip. VIEW the POST

Our family holiday to Potters Resort #travel

We loved our trip to Potters Resort, it is situated at Hopton-on-Sea which is a place I hold close. We went to Hopton-on-sea every year with my grandparents. We loved it. So going back, I knew would be memorable. Not just because of the nostalgia but also because Potters Resort is just amazing. What do you expect from a family holiday: good food, good accommodation and entertainment/activities for the children. We had all of this in abundance at Potters Resort.

The launch of Towering Treetop Tangles at BeWILDerwood

We absolutely adore BeWILDerwood, it's one of those places that both children and adults can enjoy. We last went to this woodland of fun a couple of years ago and it was fantastic, the children were slightly shorter for some activities but this certainly wasn't the case this year. VIEW the POST

Our stay at Clare Cottage, Gunthorpe #Travel

We spent the first half of our Easter holidays in Gunthorpe, Norfolk. It wasn't quite the weather we had last Easter, but we did get one whole day of dry. We went away with friends and stayed in a beautiful cottage, Clare Cottage, that we hired from Norfolk Country Cottages. It was the perfect way to relax, ready for the last term of school.  VIEW the POST

Our great Norfolk Easter egg hunt 2018

Making the most of our beautiful cottage and its grounds, screamed out for a legendary Easter egg hunt. I was quite proud of the final hunt, albeit it didn’t work out the way I had planned. I don’t suppose it will with a 7, 5, 4 & 2 year old! We had fun though and the kiddies enjoyed finding the eggs as much as I did hiding them. I think I am a natural at playing Easter bunny…
